Off the coast of Anjouan, Patron, a young orphan, is in apprenticeship to his adoptive father to become “Commandant”. Soon, accompanied by his 15 year old co-pilot, he will take his first clandestine passengers to Mayotte.

Laura Henno

Laura Henno is a photographer. Koropa is her first film. She is currently developping her next film M'Tsamboro which will also take place in the Comoros.
She won the Prize "Découverte" of the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie d'Arles in 2007, her photographic work is represented by the Galerie Les Filles du Calvaire.
